The catering service is provided personally by the owners; the dishes offered are rooted in traditional Sicilian food and wine and prepared with advice from Gaetano Faranna, teacher of  food and wine service technology at the State Hotel and Catering Institute "I.V. Florio” in  Erice (TP). Our catering is suitable for the food requirements of coeliacs.

Always prepared by us using fresh produce

The continental breakfast features fragrant bakery products, prepared in the hotel early each morning. Each day there is a copious buffet breakfast with sweet and savoury specialities, fruit juices, milk, yoghurt and cereals, jams, bread and brioches fresh from the oven. It is served in the large air-conditioned dining room in a comfortable and relaxing environment, or directly in your room on request.

 Each day our pastry chefs prepare traditional Sicilian and other delicacies and specialities.
From brioches hot from the oven for breakfast to fabulous desserts to enjoy at the end of your meal, whether lunch or dinner.
Depending on creativity and the menu of the day, you may find on your table: Cassata, chocolate muffins, ice-cream cake with fresh fruit, tarts, peaches with ricotta, almond parfait and many other specialities.
