Legislative Decree 169/2003
With reference to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
(Law regarding the protection of personal data) our company Sabbia
D’Oro Hotels S.r.L, with registered office in San Vito Lo Capo, Via
Cavour 90, intends to process the personal data you have provided
for the sole purpose of meeting contractual obligations or complying
with laws covering sales transactions between us; therefore we do
not process confidential data not data of a judicial nature.
In accordance with article 13 of the aforesaid
law, we are required to notify you of the following:
The data you have provided are processed:
I) In relation to the normal business activity of
our company;
II) For market surveys, marketing activity,
advertising promotion, supply of the envisaged services and
information on new products or services.
III) Comply with legal obligations.
The data you have provided will be entered in a
printed and computerised archive.
Providing your data is optional, however refusal
to provide data may result in the impossibility of starting or
continuing sales transactions.
We shall not transmit your data to third parties
for any other reason, except in cases in which Sabbia D’Oro Hotels
S.r.L:
I) has received your explicit consensus to share
your data with third parties.
II) Must comply with written orders from a
Judicial Authority.
In accordance with the Law, Sabbia D’Oro Hotels
S.r.L acknowledges the following rights:
I) to access your data at any time
II) to obtain at any time:
a) confirmation of the existence or non-existence
of personal data which regards you, even if not yet recorded, and
communication of such data in an intelligible form and their origin;
b) the cancellation, transformation to an
anonymous form or block of the processed data in violation of the
law, as well as updating, rectification or, if desired, integration
of the data;
c) oppose processing of the data for legitimate
reasons
d) oppose processing for sales, advertising or
market survey purposes.
